Be your own guide and rent a pontoon boat for the day! For visitors who would like to captain their own vessel, we have pontoon boats available for rent. You will receive our Seafari Map with directions of our favorite snorkeling locations, sandbars, common dolphin areas, and more.
Our Captains are well-trained and highly experienced in spotting and interpreting dolphin behavior and movements. We keep the boat safe and show you how to get into the water to see the dolphins and mix with them.
It is an unforgettable experience to be able to observe wild bottlenose dolphins at their natural habitat. This will make for memorable Panama City Beach vacation memories. For a memorable experience, we invite you to join one of our Panama City Beach Dolphin Tours.
Would you like to reserve a private tour? Customers have the option to add an additional hour to their private dolphin cruise (starting at two or three hours) and add other activities (ex. additional snorkeling area, more island time etc.). Boats can carry 6 passengers. Your captain will help you get in the water and show you the dolphins' natural habitat. You can then take a guided snorkeling trip around Shell Island to see the rest of the marine life.
Watch the golden sunset on the horizon while the dolphins play in the surf, jumping and frolicking beside your boat. Thrill your children with a real wild dolphin encounter they will never forget. This is a great photo opportunity and a chance for your family to create memories that will last a lifetime!
When you visit Panama City Beach, you have an opportunity to explore the beautiful white sand beaches, the emerald waves and water of the Gulf of Mexico, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island and the beautiful St. Andrews Bay.
Get in touch with us to learn more about our tour. We don't have control over the main nature so each round can be a little different.
Panama City Beach is the perfect spot for beginners to get the feel of snorkeling and it is also a great place to start a snorkel safari. Exploring along the jetty and out toward the entrance to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico will offer the chance to spot tropical fish, crabs, rays, and other small marine animals.
Generally, there is a good chance of seeing dolphins any time the sun is out and the water is calm and clear. Feeding activities are normally seen on an outgoing tide. Your best bet is to choose a dolphin tour operator like Panama City Beach Dolphin Tours that is on the water nearly every day of the year.
