Plasma's workings can seem complicated. This is why I will try to explain plasma as clearly and quickly as possible. Plasma cutters heat up gas until it is hot enough to melt metal. When the metal is sufficiently heated to melt it, it is then blown off with gas to make the cut. It's complicated science but it's not what I will be focusing on. (Or you can do your own research if necessary).
FSL Muse Pandora includes a mirror-galvanometer in its laserhead that tracks the laser path and gives an estimate of the cuts it will make.
