AKYAPAK offers an innovative solution for the steel construction sector again... High speed and high processing performances with AFDs up to 1000x1500 mm (44"x60") materials.

The PCR42 is an advanced robotic plasma-steel cutting machine that combines torch technology, CNC plasma cutting, and fully automated robotics. Beam profiling, copi...

Three torches allow simultaneous oxy-fuel cutting, resulting in unbeatable speed and efficiency. The ABCM-1250 CNC beam cutter machine is capable both of mitering as well beveled weld preparation at the top or bottom flanges.

We make 3D coping, profiling easy with our top-ofthe-range coping or profiling robot. These Robotic Coping/Profiling beams have a high level of reliability and are capable of cutting slots, chamlers and saddles.

Voortman lets you upload a profile for the cope to the CNC software using the built-in shape libraries or CAD. It is easy to calibrate cutting tolerances and nest parts for coping. You can also track the path of robotic cutting before it starts so you can avoid making mistakes. Voortman will then be able to start coping with perfect material by simply loading it and pressing the Start button.

This profile-cutting machine can easily cut almost any drawing you can think of. This machine can not only cope but it can also cut to length!

What is the difference between I-beam and H beam

Voortman created Raptor 3DCAD/CAM Software. It allows users to program faster and with greater accuracy. The 3D platform lets you inspect, modify and export your part information. This combined with Voortman CNC technology allows for maximum fabrication capacity.

A CNC beam coping device is much safer than using a handheld torch. Remote control of the machine is possible, which allows the operator to work further from the cutting torch.

Voortman's Raptor 3DCAD/CAM Software is a revolutionary tool that allows users to program CNC faster and more accurately. You can view, modify, export and export parts information right from the 3D platform. This technology is combined with Voortman CNC technology gives fabricators maximum productivity.

Our Robotic Coping & Profiling system can be used to automate the fabrication processes of metalwork manufacturers and fabricators. It can work with various angles, beam drill lines and hydraulic punches. This is a simple way to increase the efficiency of your fabrication process from zero to 100!

Frequently Asked Questions

To remove more wood from the back, angle the coping saw 30 degrees. Pro tip: Trimmings that have been cut with coping cuts can often leave thin, pointed tips. To prevent them from splintering, support the tips with your finger while you file, cut, or sand. Pro tip: Keep your eyes on the outside of the line.

A channel for rainwater is the primary purpose of coping. The coping prevents rainwater from seeping into walls by allowing it to drip down the walls. It also gives the wall an artistic look.

Douglas fir is perhaps the strongest of all wood beams. Although there may be a stronger wood, I don't know of any. Lumber mills today make beams in the same way as plywood. To make extremely strong structural engineered timbers, they use layers of solid wood that have been glued together.

H-Beams. H-beams are one of the strongest steel beams. It is composed of horizontal elements and the web by vertical beams. Popular in civil engineering and construction, the web and flanges create a cross section that is similar to the shape of the letter H.

Scroll saw blades are a bit thinner than coping saw blades and have finer teeth. Scroll saws are more suitable for delicate and intricate work. Coping saws, on the other hand, are slightly better for thicker materials that require less delicacy.
