Voortman’s V808 doesn’t need to be cut cleanly with each new nesting product. Not only does this reduce scrap, but it also saves time as the last product cut is also the first product cut. The V808 has the ability to import DSTV+ file or use VACAM’s beam nesting module to create continuous Nestings. To cut costs and maximize product, you can also get the maximum amount of product from each stock.

Simply push the button and your production is done. After importing DSTV+ or industry standard DSTV files to the VACAM Software processing table, your operator will be able to fully concentrate on loading and unloading. It is not necessary to manually intervene in order to maintain the machine's production speed.
