Voortman TL-1800G3 coping robotic robot is used to speed up the Voortman v808 thermal cutting machine. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product. The coping machine measures only the sides to be cut in order to speed up this process.

The V808 roller feed measurement and clamping system locks profiles in exact position and maintains alignment throughout processing. This fully automatic measuring roller feed system is the fastest positioning system as it does not require a pusher or gripper to return home before loading the next piece saving hours each week. Voortman’s roller feed system can operate with full automation within a standard range of profile processing when using Voortman’s automated in-feed cross transports, with enough stability and support to properly position and process beams up to 15.000 kg (33,000 lbs).

The robot's torch nozzle has a measuring sensor that measures the exact dimensions of the profile. To ensure the best product, the machine parameters compensate any difference between theoretical and actual dimensions. The coping robot is limited to measuring the sides of a profile. This speeds up the process.
