What is a coping machine
Three torches are usually used for multiple torch or triple torch CNC beam-coping machines. Each torch is dedicated to a specific flange or web. The 3-tower machine has a shorter positioning time than the single torch one, but the single torch machine can still do more cuts than existing triple torch machines because of the 5-axis movement in the cutting head. Additionally, triple torch machines tend to be 3-4x more expensive than single torch CNC beam cutter coping machines.
We care about making fabrication tasks efficient and seamless. Our Robotic coping/profile beam can be used to cut angles, channels, square tubes as well as pipes, T Bars and plates. Because it is an efficient tooling platform, our Coping/Profiling Robot offers a multitude of functions for your profiles/pipe cuts. These outputs are H, I andT beams as well as U and/or L channels.
