The CNC Beam Drill Line is an extremely space-efficient beam processing solution as it only requires a floor space of 70ft x 9ft, making it ideal for even the smallest fabricator or fabricators with space limitations. We also have many CNC Beam Drill Line installations that are outside, freeing up even more space for the fabricator.

Beam drills are essential tools for medium-sized to large-sized structural fabricators. Beam drill lines can accurately drill holes in various steel profiles of different lengths and with CNC controlled programming. These machines remove the need to manually draw or lay out the positions. Instead, the machine produces the hole using a mag drill punch, plasma, or punch. This laborious process can take many hours and may require several employees. A beam drillline eliminates the need to manually plan and avoids any errors.

The CNC Beam Drill Line may be programmed by hand at the machine, or remotely using the Peddimat Software. This software is included with the AVENGER. You can install it on as many computers as you want in your office. It is the same program that is on the machine.

CNC Beam Drill Line is able to import DXF files. It can then use these files to create 3-D shapes, provided that the steel has been detailed according to certain rules. These rules may not be applicable to your current detailing and might need some adjustments. This process is not as smooth as the 3-D modeling software.
