Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, you can send your whole corn to us and we will unload, mill, and package it as you require. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

If you plan to pack your pet food ingredients into bags and totes you need to make sure they are quality-controlled. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
