Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. This allows you to easily move your products from raw product into ready-to use pet food. For example, you can send your whole corn to us and we will unload, mill, and package it as you require. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

Packaging pet food ingredients in bags or tins is a decision that must be made. The pet food ingredient packaging process involves running each pet food product through an analytics lab to verify its moisture levels and nutrient breakdown. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This process improves the quality of your pet foods ingredients. However, it also ensures that fifty-pound bags are filled with your product. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
