    Pet Treat Contract Manufacturing

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills, one of the J-Six Enterprises Divisions, has the infrastructure and capability to transload bulk pet food ingredients in loose containers and bag them according your requirements. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Now your raw corn is ready for the next stage in the pet food industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. The pet food ingredient packaging process involves running each pet food product through an analytics lab to verify its moisture levels and nutrient breakdown. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.
