Pet Food Grinding J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills knows that pet food and ingredients are often cheaper to transport in bags than loose products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. This allows you to easily move your products from raw product into ready-to use pet food. For example, you can send your whole corn to us and we will unload, mill, and package it as you require. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. Next, we vigorously sift your ingredients to get rid of as much dust and chaff. This process will improve the quality of pet food ingredients and ensure that your fifty-pound bag is completely filled with your product, not with chaff or dust. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.
