    Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. This allows you to easily move your products from raw product into ready-to use pet food. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

Packaging pet food ingredients in bags or tins is a decision that must be made. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.
