Pet Food Ingredient Transloading J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills, one of the J-Six Enterprises Divisions, has the infrastructure and capability to transload bulk pet food ingredients in loose containers and bag them according your requirements. It is much easier to transport your products from raw product to ready to use pet food. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. The pet food ingredient packaging process involves running each pet food product through an analytics lab to verify its moisture levels and nutrient breakdown. To remove as much dust and chaff from your ingredients as possible, we then vigorously sift them. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.
