Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
