Corn Cob products J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
